A.I. can write quickly, but it doesn't automatically know your goal, latest decision, approved sources, audience, or voice.
When those details are missing, it fills in the gaps. That's why an answer can sound polished and still need a full rewrite.

More information isn't always better. Give A.I. the smallest set of current facts, examples, and rules it needs for this job.
Make it clear where the information came from, who can change it, and what A.I. must ask before deciding. When something changes, update it once so the next task starts with the right information.
