The idea at the center

Your knowledge should travel.

The best people carry judgment no manual fully captures. They know what has already been tried, why a decision was made, where the risk is hiding, and what the written process cannot tell you. Context Training gives that knowledge a form A.I. can use.

01

Make the invisible explicit.

Find the voice, worldview, standards, history, stories, and decision patterns already guiding your work.

02

Make your contribution portable.

Create a current foundation that can travel across roles, teams, tools, and intelligent systems.

03

Put it to work.

Use prompting, examples, and A.I. employees to turn context into useful outcomes.

Nuance becomes everything, and nuance has always been everything to me.

A model can carry the language and still miss what the words mean here, for this person, in this moment, toward this outcome.

A transparent creation process

The book is also evidence.

Makeda built a context-trained co-author system to work across voice memos, conversations, prompts, drafts, corrections, research, and years of thinking with language models. The system can gather and propose. Makeda remains responsible for the worldview, meaning, decisions, and final word.

  • Real prompts. Some of the instructions used to develop the book may appear in the book.
  • Real corrections. The moments where A.I. missed the meaning remain part of the story.
  • Human authorship. Makeda decides what belongs, what changes, and what carries her name.
  • A living method. The process demonstrates how Context Training works while the ideas continue to develop.
“I want people to own what they know, organizations to keep their best thinking, and A.I. to give more people more money, time, and options.”
